SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

In order to provide you with the best service and quickest delivery times, all orders received by 3pm, CST will be processed and shipped out within twenty-four (24) hours Guaranteed! Orders received after 3pm, CST will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.  To ensure such quick turnaround, IBC-Hearthware, Inc., unfortunately cannot manage cancellations if you choose to accept our twenty-four (24) hour order processing offer.  By accepting this offer, you accept these cancellation terms. 

 

Please be advised that you still may, if not completely satisfied, return your NuWave Oven within ninety (90) days of purchase for a full product refund, less shipping and handling charges.  *This applies for orders with approved credit being delivered to all valid physical mailing addresses within the U.S.A. 

 


NINETY (90) DAY RETURN GUARANTEE INFORMATION:


If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the NuWave Oven, you may return it to Hearthware, Inc. within
ninety (90) days of the purchase date for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping and handling.  To return your purchase, please verify that all of the components/accessories originally sent with the NuWave Oven, including printed inserts, are included in the original package.  Please pack all of the Oven components and accessories securely to prevent any damage in shipping.
Then call 1-888-689-2831 to receive a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA#") Number.  As the purchaser, you are responsible for return postage.
On a separate piece of paper, write: (1) your name, (2) address, (3) daytime telephone number, (4) e-mail address (if available), and (5) "RGA" number.  Attach a copy of the original invoice and insert both in the package for prompt processing.
Should any of the above instructions not be followed, processing your return may be delayed.  If any of the components or accessories are found to be missing, Hearthware, Inc. may not accept your return.
If you received a free gift(s) with your order, Hearthware, Inc. would like you to KEEP it just for trying the Nuwave Oven.

 

 

One (1) YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY INFORMATION:

 

The infrared cooking system including power head, dome, cooking rack, liner pan, base, and all electrical components to be free from defects and workmanship under normal household use, when operated in accordance with the Manufacturer's written instructions provided with each unit for one (1) year from date of purchase. The Manufacturer will provide the necessary parts and labor to repair any part of the infrared cooking system at IBC-Hearthware, Inc. Service Department. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of the labor and parts will be the responsibility of the owner.

 

 

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

 

The non-stick coating (if applicable) on any part of the cooking system. The Limited Warranty is voided if repairs are made by an authorized dealer or the serial number data plate is removed or defaced. Normal deterioration of finish due to use or exposure is not covered by this Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover failure, damages or inadequate performance due to accident, acts of God (such as lightning), fluctuations in electric power, alterations, abuse, misuse, misapplications, corrosive type atmospheres, improper installation, failure to operate in accordance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, abnormal use or commercial use.

 

 

TO OBTAIN SERVICE:

 

The owner shall have the obligation and responsibility to: Pay for all services and parts not covered by the warranty; Prepay the freight to and from Service Department for any part or system returned under this warranty; Carefully package the product using adequate padding material to prevent damage in transit. The original container is ideal for this purpose. Include in the package owner's name, address, daytime telephone number, a detailed description of the problem, and your RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA Number). Call 1-888-NUWAVE1 (689-2831) or email customerservice@hearthware.com to obtain the RGA number. Provide the cooking system model and serial number and proof of purchase (a copy of the receipt) when making claims under this warranty.

 

 

MANUFACTURER'S OBLIGATION:

 

The Manufacturer's obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part of the infrared cooking system expressly covered by this Limited Warranty which upon examination is found to be defective under normal use. The Limited Warranty is applicable only whinin the continental United States and only to the original purchaser of manufacturer's authorized channels of distribution. The limited warranty may not be altered, varied or extended except by written instrument executed by the manufacturer. The remedy of repair or replacement as provided under this limited warranty is exclusive. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages to any person, whether or not occassioned by negligence of the manufacturer, including without limitation, damages for loss of use, costs of substitution, property damage, or other money loss.

 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation exclusions may not apply. This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights, and there may also be other rights which vary from state to state. Except as otherwise expressly provided above, the manufacturer makes no warranties expressed or implied arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to any other person.

 

Two (2) YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY:

 

Our Two (2) Year Extended Warranty is only applicable to replacement of electric components of the product. All other damages to either the dome or the grill will not be covered under the two (2) year extended warranty.
